Terms and Conditions

The apartments will only be considered reserved after full payment has been made on a valid proforma invoice. If full payment has not been made within 24 hours of the deposit, another booking/serious inquiry will be prioritised and full payment will secure the apartment. The client will be informed of this and will be provided with the option of making another booking for different dates or will be recommended to one of our sister hotels.

All parts of the apartment is non-smoking.

Parties/events are not allowed

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the apartment or structure.
